Booking Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern bookings made directly through the website www.lacorte1813.it and stays at the property La Corte 1813, located in Castelletto Sopra Ticino (NO), Italy.
1. Reservations and Confirmation
Bookings can be made directly through our website using the online booking system.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
The reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment and our confirmation via email.
2. Payments
The full amount of the booking must be paid at the time of reservation.
Payments are accepted by credit and debit card.
Tourist Tax
According to the municipal regulations of Castelletto Sopra Ticino, a tourist tax of €1 per person per night is due at check-in.
Exemptions apply to children under 6 years of age and other specific categories as per local regulations.
The amount may vary based on updates from local authorities.
3. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
For cancellations made between 15 and 29 days prior to the stay, 50% of the amount will be refunded.
No refund is possible for cancellations within 10 days of arrival.
In case of no-show, 100% of the stay will be charged.
4. Booking Modifications
Booking dates can be changed subject to availability and with a minimum of 30 days’ notice.
Any price differences will be communicated and applied.
5. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: by 10:00 AM
Different times may be arranged depending on availability.
6. House Rules
Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties or events are not permitted without prior authorization.
Guests are asked to respect the neighborhood and maintain public quiet.
7. Responsibility and Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
Reimbursement for repair or replacement costs will be required in case of damage.
8. Force Majeure
The property is not responsible for service disruptions caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, service interruptions, etc.).
9. Privacy
The processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Italian law.
For any dispute, the Court of Novara shall have jurisdiction.
